Shipping policy

Each set of pet stairs is individually handmade to order in the USA. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before shipment as we carefully craft each piece for quality and durability. Once completed, orders ship via UPS Ground and tracking information will be provided. Transit times for UPS Ground vary from 1-5 days depending on your location.
