Each set of pet stairs is individually handmade to order in the USA. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before shipment as we carefully craft each piece for quality and durability. Once completed, orders ship via UPS Ground and tracking information will be provided.
Can I receive my dog stair sooner?

Yes, we offer an expedited build option which once purchased leap frogs your order ahead of dozens ensuring your order is en-route to you in approximately 3 business days.
What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from delivery. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs and any loss in value if the item isn't returned in original condition & packaging.
Do you accept cancellations?

We will gladly accept cancellations within 4 hours of purchasing. We are a small business and will get started on purchasing materials for your order ASAP.
Can I request blue, green, or some other carpet color?

At this time, we only offer neutral tan or neutral gray carpet colors.
What about your custom inlaid paw prints?

You may choose your dog ramp or dog step to come with or without our cute inlaid paw prints at check-out. These paw prints only come in black.
